PARTIAL RESTORATION OF AN ANTIQUE INDUSTRIAL UNIT IN VILASSAR DE DALT
Partial restoration of the former industrial unit of Can Manyer in the municipality of Vilassar de Dalt, in the province of Barcelona. This building is part of the work designed by the architect Rafael Guastavino, and was built in the late nineteenth century.
The rehabilitation tasks focused on the structural consolidation of the industrial unit, including a new crane, the reinforcement of the foundations and the replacement of the damaged elements of the roof. It also included the recomposition of the facades and their practicable closures.
