BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Our desire for innovation and constant improvement has led us to implement the BIM methodology in our projects, contributing a better definition to the documentation before beginning the project.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a work methodology based on the collaboration between all the agents involved in the constructive fact, from the creation and design of the project, through the execution of the work and the subsequent maintenance in length of its useful life. With this methodology, all documentation generated in each phase is centralized in a digital information model shared by designers, builders and ultimately the client and owner.

The BIM tool, in addition to improving the exchange of information between all the people and teams involved in a project, allows to optimize processes and work methods, realizing a virtual 3D model of the project. It allows to analyze the project and detect project problems, or help to decide solutions, before beginning the execution. This allows to improve the management of the delivery time, anticipate costs and, ultimately, analyse additional difficulties that may appear in a project and that are detected in a timely manner to be able to provide a constructive solution or change from the design itself.

The BIM system supposes a deep modernization in the construction sector and is becoming an indispensable tool in the execution of projects.

Last Planner System

LPS (Last Planner System)

Simplifies and increases the productivity of the phases of a work.

The philosophy Lean Construction adapts to the construction sector the principles of the Lean methodology initiated, during the 60s, as a concept for the Toyota car brand. This methodology is based on the experiences of car manufacturing plants in the USA, the previous decade, in order to organize and manage the manufacture of vehicles according to the needs of each client. The objective was to minimize losses, reduce costs and time, increase quality and safety, and maximize the value of the final product.

The LPS, Last Planner System or System of the Last Planner, incorporates the methodology Lean to the construction contributing a greater control of the work and improvement of the production. This improvement is mainly based on having a very high control of the production deadlines of the work, achieving a reduction in costs based on the optimization of the execution time of the works, an increase in the quality of the constructions, and the Compliance with the delivery deadlines for the works.

nZEB (Buildings of almost no power consumption)

Building nZEB buildings are the new challenge for construction. Almost zero energy consumption buildings have the capacity to produce the energy they will use for one year through the use of renewable sources of their own or located in a nearby environment.

According to the European Directive 2010/31 / EU which refers to the energy efficiency of the building, newly built buildings must have almost zero energy consumption as of 2020, and public buildings as of 2018.

A Construccions 360+ we have been working on the basis of European regulations for a long time and we apply the main judgement of bioclimatism in newly created projects in order to significantly reduce the energy demand of the built buildings. These criteria include guidance, compactness, insulation, solar protection, natural and controlled ventilation, … each one of them is applied based on the most appropriate techniques and materials to achieve the objective of reduce energy demand.

CLT (Cross Laminated Timber)

The CLT, Laminated Timber Crossed or Cross Laminated Timber, is made of contralaminate wood formed by wooden sheets glued in several layers in the form of a cross, so that you obtain a structural rigidity of the panel in both directions. It stands out for its resistance, appearance, versatility and sustainability. The CLT is used in buildings, to create exterior and interior wall elements, floor slabs and roofs, and can even build an entire building.

The versatility of this system makes it ideal for the construction of single-family homes, residential projects of one or several plants, industrial buildings, offices, public buildings such as schools, kindergartens, … or even for modular constructions.
